JOB DETAILS:
Main Role & Responsibilities:
- Keeping Safety awareness in the organization.
- Develops, implements, and manages the County of injury, illness prevention program with coordination of participations department.
- Update safety policies with instructions of HSSEQ Manager or HSSEQ Supervisor.
- Conducts daily safety awareness in the operation including inspection of facilities, equipment, and safety devices.
Additional responsibilities:
- Maintain safety standard in operation in daily working process.
- Address potential hazards in daily working process.
- Discuss the matters belonging to safety and security at workplace with management.
- Keeps updates on daily using equipment for employee safety purpose.
- Preparing monthly safety record report and submit to reporting person.
- Keep follows up with the implemented structure belong with Safety.
- Providing safe working day in organization.
- Discuss safety issues with management.
- Coordinate with operational department.
Qualification and Education Requirement:
- Trained and certified in safety related courses from organization
- Ability to comply with HSSEQ regulations
- Experience in logistic and plant operation
- Familiar with organizations safety policies
- Multitasking.
- Coordinative attitude towards people
- Good observer
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Strong point making ability.
