| JOB DETAILS Main Role & Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage yard activities in maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the terminal yard, considering commercial and operational factors in ensuring compliance with safety standards and companyprocedures. 2. Organise and control adherence on organization’s safety standards and administered to all staff members. 3. Oversee the overall planning and control on all aspects of the operations in close coordination with theOperations Director. 4. Assisting HRA Dept. in Human Resource Management. 5. Oversee overall trainings of all employees of project site. 6. Yearly evaluation of all employees within project site. |
| Qualification and education Requirement: 1. Master’s degree in any discipline. Master’s degree in Logistics Management is an advantage. 2. Minimum of 8 years working experiences in Logistics or Warehousing Operations. 3. Advance safety training. 4. Ability to comply with HSSEQ regulations. 5. Advance knowledges in most M.S. Office applications. 6. Full knowledge in an organizational logistics or warehousing ERP system (e.g. SAP, Focus, etc.)• People manager. |
