Maintenance Planner (Facility Operations)

Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd., is hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner for a reputable facility and logistics operations client in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for key systems: motors, substations, UPS, lighting, HVAC, etc.
• Plan and prioritize Corrective Maintenance (CM) based on equipment history, site needs, and safety protocols
• Use SAP ERP system for maintenance planning, documentation, and generating PRFs/POs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset history, and inspection logs for compliance and audits
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory in collaboration with warehouse/logistics teams
• Plan manpower and materials, ensuring readiness of tools, permits, and resources for job execution
• Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs (e.g., downtime, schedule compliance) for management review
• Support equipment lifecycle planning and replacements using ERP data insights
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety procedures, LOTO standards, and inspection protocols
• Participate in budget planning and cost control for maintenance operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency
• Understand and support logistics infrastructure critical to terminal and site operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics, plant, or industrial site maintenance planning
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems (mandatory)
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and safety standards
• Technical background with understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead planning efforts
