SAFETY OFFICER
We are inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Safety Officer for a reputable Oil & Gas project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH Certificate (preferred).
- OSHA or other internationally recognized HSE certification will be considered.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- GCC/Middle East experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conducting routine safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Monitoring compliance with safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
- Investigating incidents and preparing reports.
- Delivering safety inductions and toolbox talks.
- Promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.
- Recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintaining accurate HSE records and documentation.
