Welcome to Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd. (CLC) — a wholly Ghanaian-owned private limited liability company established to provide human resources, recruitment and business consultancy services. Incorporated under Ghana’s Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) on March 18, 2021, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional consultancy services that empower businesses and organisations to grow with confidence.

Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd. is a fully licensed and compliant recruitment and HR consultancy, holding active registrations and certifications with the relevant Ghanaian regulatory bodies:
- Certificate of Incorporation — Registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992); Reg. No. CS074830321; TIN C0060378964; incorporated 18 March 2021.
- License to Operate a Private Employment Agency — Issued by the Labour Department, Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations, in compliance with Section 7(1) of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651); Certificate No. PEA/746. This license authorizes CLC to recruit workers for employment both within Ghana and internationally.
- Ghana National Chamber of Commerce & Industry (GNCCI) — Silver Member; Membership No. 83/601/12.
- Public Procurement Authority (PPA) Registration — PPA No. 0033566.

Uthman Mohammed
Managing Director; Head of HR & Recruitment
Uthman Mohammed is an experienced Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with expertise in talent acquisition, HR outsourcing, business advisory, and corporate governance. As the Managing Director of Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd., he leads the firm’s strategic direction, delivering workforce and business solutions that help organizations improve performance and achieve sustainable growth.
He has successfully managed local and international recruitment projects, connecting employers with skilled professionals across Ghana, the GCC, and Europe. His experience spans the mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors, where he has supported organizations in strengthening their workforce, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing best HR practices.

Mohammed Muntaka Abdul Rahman, PhD
Business Research, Data Analytics & Training Consultant
Mohammed Muntaka Abdul Rahman is a Data Analyst and Business Intelligence Specialist with expertise in business research, data analytics, and corporate training. He supports organizations in transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making, operational improvement, and business growth. He is proficient in analytical tools including E-Views, STATA, and R.
Muntaka has delivered corporate training programmes in statistical analysis and business innovation and has consulting experience across Turkey and North Macedonia. He has a PhD in Economics at Ibn Haldun University, with research focused on innovation and financial inclusion in emerging markets, further strengthening Corporate Leadership Consult’s research and advisory capabilities.

Abdullah Mohammed
Accountant & Saudi Operations Coordinator
Abdullah Mohammed is an accounting professional with expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, and bank reconciliation. An Associate Member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA), he is proficient in accounting systems including Tally Prime, SMACC, Qoyod, QuickBooks, and CAS, with experience supporting organizations in both Saudi Arabia and Ghana.
Based in Riyadh, Abdullah serves as Corporate Leadership Consult’s Accountant and Saudi Operations Coordinator, overseeing financial administration while acting as the company’s primary liaison for clients and deployed candidates in Saudi Arabia. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance at the International Open University, further strengthening the firm’s financial and advisory capabilities.

Sudais Abdul Hadi
Recruitment & Mobilization Coordinator
Sudais Abdul Hadi is a recruitment professional with over four years of experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and workforce mobilization. He specializes in identifying qualified candidates, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring the timely deployment of personnel to meet client requirements across various industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language Education from the University of Education, Winneba (2019–2023). His strong communication skills, combined with practical recruitment experience, enable him to build productive relationships with candidates, clients, and recruitment partners while maintaining high standards of professionalism and service delivery.
As Recruitment & Mobilization Coordinator at Corporate Leadership Consult Ltd., Sudais plays a key role in supporting local and international recruitment assignments, coordinating candidate documentation, facilitating pre-departure processes, and ensuring smooth workforce mobilization in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
