We are seeking an experienced Civil Technician to support construction and infrastructure projects for our client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will assist engineers and project managers with on-site activities, measurements, and inspections. This role requires a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, hands-on experience with construction materials and methods, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the layout, inspection, and maintenance of construction sites.
- Conduct field measurements, surveys, and data collection.
- Prepare site reports and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting materials and installations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years experience as a civil technician in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- SAP maintenance module user
