Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Supervisor to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of HR operations, implementing HR policies, and managing recruitment and employee relations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in human resources or a supervisory HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
