We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in mechanical engineering to join our partner company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable/solar energy sector, and demonstrate leadership in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets within the renewable/solar energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to deliver high performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • 8–12 years of professional experience in sales, with preference for renewable/solar energy industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Medically fit and able to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Male candidates only (as per client requirement).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: SAR 12,000 – 15,000/month = GH¢40,000 – GH¢50,000
